"was purchasing pomegranates at self checkout and an employee rudely pushed me away, grab my product, and proceeded to do it himself. i didn’t ask for help. i get home and both containers taste funny, turns out they’re expired. $13 wasted."

"This store knows they are the only grocery within 10 miles, high prices, low stock, and very poor customer service. The service desk is rarely manned during normal hours, if you want get out in under an hour its self checkout. In the deli 15 minute waits to buy $15/lb cold cuts are common. They just don't care as there are no other stores that you dont spend $10 in gas to drive to."

"Produce lacks in quality, make sure to check your expiration dates when shopping here. Wouldn’t be the first or last time GIANT was selling expired food. The store is kept clean though."

"If you need a place to try the pickup, go here! This is one of my favorite local Giant stores (they always seem to keep things in stock), but today I tried a pickup order for the first time here and WOW. One substitution for the same brand of item, perfect bananas and produce, and the employee smiled and was courteous the entire time. Saved so much time, will be doing this again!"
