"Mike did a great job on our carpets--the 20+ yr old family room carpet and stairs look like new. He spent extra time getting stains out and charged less than stanley steemer. Would definitely use this business again for carpet cleaning!"
"I hired Mike after seeing the amazing job he did on the carpets at my office on West Chester. I thought if he could help our dirty carpets at work, he has to be able to help ours at home too. He was awesome. Our carpets look fantastic after Mike came and cleaned them. Mike doesn't just run a steam cleaner over the carpets and call it a day. He comes up with a plan of action and uses the appropriate machines for the job. He also got on his hands and knees to scrub the more difficult stains. For two average size rooms and a set of stairs he spent three hours of work on our home. I have never had another company spend even half the time as he spent. I cannot recommend this company enough!"

"I had dark pink what seemed to be acrylic craft paint from my daughter's art project leak on my light cream upholstery. Called Mike at Gem Ultrasonic. It was dried on like cement...he tried a lot of different solvents and heat to remove it and it wouldn't budge. Mike is very knowledgeable when it comes to stains, but we had no idea what this paint was. It took a few tries, and then Mike found a solution that completely dissolved the paint. He then cleaned the spot. You can't even tell where the spot was because it is completely gone! Would highly recommend Gem Ultrasonic...it was a fantastic job!"
"Mike has cleaned my furniture, curtains and carpet throughout my home. I have been consistently impressed with his personable and professional interactions and the care he has taken with my home. He was able to get stains out of my carpet that have been there for years and were reportedly not removable by other cleaners.
