"I just want to give everyone a "heads-up" DO NOT USE POCONO PEST CONTROL. I just got off the phone with "John," an "employee" who was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I asked to speak to the "owner," who was apparently "sitting next to John, and heard the conversation," and he is just like his "employee." He, too, was extremely rude and unprofessional, interrupting and talking over me. When I said I would not be a returning customer and would be letting folks know not to use their subpar services, he told me they have been in business since 1970 and didn't care if I would not be a returning customer as they had plenty. Really?? I am appalled at their tone and unprofessional behavior. They charge $200 to bait for mice, a one-time service. So beware, learn from my mistake, and DO NOT use this pest control service. Really disheartening.. so much for good old customer service, and really sickening to hear Rich, the owner, doesn't care about returning customers....."
