"Super unprofessional woman on the phone(Kimmy). Just sounds completely rude and angry. From the other reviews it seems to be a trend. Takes a lot for me to leave a review like this but if you feel someone is “coming at you” for needing basic information you may need to find a new line of work."
"Regardless of what you see the pulmonary doctors for at this facility, they will push off a diagnosis of "sleep apnea" on you. They will insist on at least 2 sleep studies. One of my sleep studies was conducted by an individual who had been born in the USSR and his bedside manner reflected that; adding to that he is in charge of the sleep studies themselves. They will push a CPAP onto you whether or not it will improve what is actually wrong with you. My CPAP was set extremely high per the pulmonary doctor's order which aggravated my situation requiring hospitalization."
"To be completely honest...It was good at first! But then being charged $130 for a "missed appointment" I was irritated. They called me in foran earlier appointment but kept me on schedule! But nothing compared to being accused of being given a script that i never even got! They literally did not even have a copy (which they take for ALL scripts) before giving to patients! No "sorry" no "we messed up" just waited 40 minutes for them to not being able to find a copy of a script they said that they gave me just 4 days previously! Only "we're writing you another one this one time only! Which is the same exact script I've been getting for years and I know they would never give me a second one which i found out previously when I actually lost one.. I was told were not allowed to replace it...but now they just were able to? Because they knew what mistake they made and STILL did not even apologize for messing up. I would NOT recommend at all. Don't even deserve one star!"
"Horrible facility! Stay away! "Phone girl" as she referred to herself was unprofessional! Get it together! People are in desperate need of a CPAP machines. You should make the patients aware of the massive backorder issue with CPAP and APAP devices! Letting the patients wait several weeks to find out the devices are a minimum of 3-4 months backordered is extremely unprofessional! Incompetent is an understatement! Do your Job!!!! Your employees are in need on customer service education. They have customer service classes at the local college!"
"DO NOT GO HERE. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE. Worst time of my life. Complete waste of money and time. Dr. Allencherry dismissed my symptoms as stress. I pushed for a sleep study. After arguing about ordering the study for 15 minutes, as “You’re a stressed woman, that is why you’re tired”, he gave me a blue pill to take before the in house study. When questioned what it was as it was in an unlabeled clear baggie, I was told to just take it the night of my study. I left that appointment feeling very frustrated and uneasy. I DID NOT TAKE THAT PILL. I then scheduled with Dr. Danai and explained frim previously with Dr. Allencherry. THERE WAS NO RECORD HE GAVE ME ANY PILL. I have no idea what it was as it had no imprints on it. Dr. Danai worked with me and we completed a home sleep study and an in house study. I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Hypersomnia September 2021. After bouncing from multiple medications that were not helping, I expressed I was scared to drive. I tried 7 different medications within 6 months. I was exhausted and felt hopeless. My condition was impacting my work and I continuously was having difficulty staying awake to drive. Dr. Danai was not concerned with this and told me to limit my driving. After having many close calls while driving I took it upon myself to discontinue driving. I voiced this to Dr. Danai and asked for his assistance to be put on FMLA for work until I found a medication that worked. He denied that and prescribed yet another medication. I inquired about a new medication that recently had been FDA approved for IH. This was the only medication that was FDA approved. He said he never heard of it and would not prescribe it. Feeling defeated I reached out to Meritus Patient Advocacy. They worked with me and management. Dr. Danai magically agreed to assist me with FMLA and suggested the new medication as if it were his idea. I began FMLA in the end of March. I was still not driving and had scheduled telehealth appointment with Dr. Danai to continue with our plan of the new medication. After scheduling and confirming this telehealth appointment, they waited until the day of at my appointment time to tell me he would no longer allow telehealth appointments. I fought with his office over the next few weeks via phone and email speaking with receptionist and managers who were all unapologetic and not helpful. I repeatedly asked for my records to find a new doctor. After over a month of fighting to get MY medical records, I finally got them. I cannot NOT recommend this office enough. Horrible experience!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Dr. Miran at Weightloss and Sleep Center instead. Very small practice who cherish their patients and go above and beyond to meet your needs!"
