"Heathers assistant, Heather has been nothing but rude time and time again. She was far from personable when I saw her in person and when there has been an issue with refills after its been 2-3 days of no response she turns the situation around as it's the patience fault." Saying, you know every time you call in here the message back to Heather gets deleted." No I do not know that and if that's the case, it makes no sense and needs fixed. Also, myself along with multiple others I know continue to have this issue with you so if you were responding to messages/calls in a timely manner, there wouldn't be a reason for us to call in over and over again. Funny how it takes talking to a supervisor to get a call back and then when she does call you back she is rude. Not sure where you think talking to people like this is ok or why this is allowed but needs to be addressed."

"Everything was wonderful, from the very first person that I spoke to until the very last person. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I had lab work done on the spot and it went off without a hitch. Looking forward to heading back to the doctor in three months!"

"I saw Dr. Tohme for my physical. He was very professional, attentive and I truly felt heard. I try not to see male doctors because I've had experiences where they do not take my pain seriously. This was not the case with Dr. Tuhme. Mychart is very helpful in keeping track of my records and results, I was seen timely and did not have any issues. Truly amazing service!"

"Every. Single. Time. I call and am put on hold for at LEAST 15 minutes. And when the phone finally starts ringing, it'll ring for another 5-10 minutes before someone finally picks up. I really like my doctor and the practice itself, but it seems like they only have 1 person answering calls and it's extremely frustrating to wait on the phone for a half an hour every single month just to get refills on my prescriptions. I loathe having to call to get refills because I know I'm going to have to sit on the phone for so long until someone finally decided to answer the phone."

"Most important! They billed us for our child's visit under the wrong billing code, so our insurance declined to cover it. We called the office SIX (6) times over the course of several months after the visit-- we were continually told NOT to pay it by the office staff b/c it would be more difficult to correct the mistake if we did-- all the while we awaited the callback from the office manager-- but it never came. Finally, we received a notice that our bill had been sent to collections, how nice! So we left the office manager FIVE (5) separate messages over the course of weeks after the notice, NEVER received a call back. We were in the office for a visit after this, asked if we could directly speak with the office manager, we were told that probably wouldn't be a problem, so we waited with our infant child, and were told a short while later that the manager would not come see us. We still haven't been able to speak with anyone. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Second, the facility is beautiful at first glance, but very poorly designed when you dig in. It basically makes you feel like you're part of the herd of cattle, like where's my barcode? You go in, go to the counter, and they tell you which waiting room bay to go wait in, A, B, C D... etc. Extremely impersonal. On top of that, there is no separation between healthy and sick patients. Finally, I see that most of the other poor reviews get responses from Meritus saying that they're sorry to hear of the disappointment-- well, Meritus, please save your apologies, you wouldn't be apologizing if you were capable of returning a simple phone call. Even if we were wrong in our assessment of the situation, we still could have been placated with a simple phone conversation."
