"My husband had a 9 am appointment. He waited until 10 am before anyone would come out and say that there was a room available for him to go back and wait to see the doctor. Then he was told it would probably need to wait another 30 minutes before he would be seen by someone. He is now up to 1 1/2 hours before seeing another one. Since his appointment was for a annual physical he would have another 30 minutes to an hour for the appointment to be concluded. He did schedule 2 hours out of his work schedule to see to go to the doctors for the annual visit. At this time frame he would have had to call his work and asked for additional time off to go for a physical. Was the doctor going to pay him for his lost time at work??? I don't believe that was an option. I just want to be sure this office realizes that is very disrespectful to it's patients, or if you work in any other industry a customer. I ask you if you made your customers wait this long, do you feel you would be in business for a long time. I personally work in the Medical profession and I find this behavior by physicals totally disrespectful. Remember if it wasn't for your patients having jobs you wouldn't get paid. Maybe this is why I hear so many patients are leaving this practice."
