"My 14-year-old dog was just "fired" from this place. I took him for a full grooming session costing over $100. When I came back to get him, there was a note on the receipt saying the groomer couldn't finish his nails. Upon paying my bill, the groomer told me not to bring the dog back. According to her, he is too old and bad for business for the corporation. Stay away from this place..."

"This place needs to be checked into on how they train their employees or something... My lord these cashier's feel like they want to just leave Earth. Do better with hiring please, this is supposed to be a fun place for pets, not feel like a funeral."

"Do not buy aquarium plants here. They only have a few tissue cultures or bulbs. The bulbs were old not one sprouted of 7 in the package. Stay away from the tip fin cultures they are half dead and. They trick you labeling to sell you a product you didn't want. Like miniature dwarf hairgrass grows 8 in tall. The dwarf hairgrass grows 3 inch. They sketchy. Go to petco for plants. I'm very disappointed after several attempts at this store. Super annoying."

"We have been using the grooming services ever since we had our little addition join us in 2021. Beatrice is simply the best there is. Our dog loves her and the cut she gives her every time is absolutely perfect. Never too short, always so smooth and even and our puppy comes out feeling like a million bucks.
