"Fantastic job and exceeded expectations! The seamless process from start to finish was less than a week. Urban City Glass requested a photo of my broken mirror and provided an estimate within an hour of receiving. Their pricing was fair and reasonable (note I did not say cheap - you get what you pay for)! The following day they came to take measurements and followed up later in the day with a date for installation. The day of installation, they called in the morning to schedule specific time to come (not a 5 hour window), arrived on time and installed without incident or mess. More often than not, companies over promise and underdeliver. That was not my experience with Urban City Glass.
