"I wish i could give this practice 0 or negative stars. I had blood drawn and glucose was at 150 at 4pm after not eating the whole day. They called me to tell me that my blood tests were normal and when I asked about my blood glucose level they sounded surprised and said there is nothing else they can do. I tried to make a follow-up appointment and it was a complete headache. Kept getting bounced back and forth from receptionist to nurse and each time I called I left a voicemail. Worst practice ever. Avoid this practice at all costs if you value your health at all."

"I’ve been going here almost my whole life, and it’s clear they don’t care about their patients at all any more. You can never get anyone to talk to you, they just send you to a voicemail which says they’ll call you back. But over the last 2 months I’ve left at least 4-5 voicemails, and sent an email trying to follow up on an X-ray that was ordered by this office, and have gotten no response. I’ve had chronic back and neck pain for months and have X-rays showing I have structural issues in my back, and was only prescribed a 5mg muscle relaxer that didn’t help at all. Someone told me they are getting bought out by valley health, so I guess they think that means they don’t have to do their job any more. I was also supposed to get referrals for 2 specialists and nothing was ever sent. This place has become a joke."

"I’ve been going to this place for years, and they used to be fantastic. However, in the past few months most of their practitioners have left and the ones remaining are unresponsive and seemingly unbothered by the needs of their patients. The NP I normally saw told me that she was leaving the practice but didn’t give me any notice beyond telling me the day of our last appointment. Then the NP they assigned to me after the first left also quit a day after my only appointment with her. For six months now I have been requesting a prescription for a medicine I have been taking for over 10 years. Every time they write the prescription, they mess it up; the pre-authorization forms aren’t correct, they sent forms digitally to a fax-only pre-authorization portal, they did lab tests but never actually sent the results to my insurance and didn’t contact me about the results either. Every time I call I’m directed immediately to a voicemail box, and when I leave a message they don’t return the call for at least a week, if they return it at all. If I do talk to a receptionist, she transfers me to a voicemail box before I’ve even finished telling her why I’m calling. I am looking for a new doctor, but most places (that accept my insurance) have 3 month wait times (or longer!) to get an initial appointment; I wish berryville medical would have given me more notice that my practitioner was quitting so I could have found a replacement without creating a gap in my care. Overall the care at this practice has declined so much that they are causing me more problems than they are solving. Find a different doctor, this one no longer cares."

"I have been using this doctors office for several years and really liked my provider. When I called to make a check up appointment for blood pressure prescription, I was told my provider was no longer there. So I was booked with a new person. Waited 2 months for the appointment. All the previous providers names have been removed from the building, everyone inside was different. I don’t know what’s going on here. I did not like the new person at all, and informed them at the counter after the first appointment that I was not going to ever come back so don’t book me for blood work or anything else. And I left. They sent me a letter a few days later asking Me to find a new doctor. I fired YOU berryville medical associates. It was not the other way around. I found the provider could not answer very basic questions and I recommend going elsewhere."
