"Our Dr, Dr. Doty at this practice is great, but either they are horribly understaffed or their entire administration staff needs to be fired. We have gone here for three years and our prescriptions have been sent to the wrong pharmacy multiple times and we have been trying for three weeks to get a refill on a prescription, even going in person, and it is still not been refilled And this has also happened more than once."
"Horrible communication. At one point I called numerous times in one day add never reached anyone. It has gotten worse. I had an ultrasound on a Wednesday morning. The results came back and visible within an hour. I received no call back even though the radiologist said that a CT scan would useful. I heard nothing. On Monday I tried numerous times to reach someone by phone with no luck. I ended up driving to the office. There were no patients at all and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. Finally she appeared and I was told there was no provider in the office until the next day. That day came and went and it's now been over a week and still nothing. Their greeting on their answering machine actually says they will return your call between 48 to 48 hours. I've actually sat in the waiting room and called their office. All it did was trying even though there was someone sitting next to the phone as it was ringing. It seems like over the last year this office has gotten worse."
"This place has mischarged me on multiple visits the past year. I had about 4 visits in a short period in mid 2021, and they charged me specialist fees and not PCP fees. Another single visit later that year, they did it again. My insurance changed due to employment company merger for 2022, and the new insurance company is still being sent the wrong billing fee of specialist charges for a 3rd occasion early this year. And I challenged them on it, and they removed it a while for the visit this year, and now they're trying to get specialist charges again for this year's previous visit. On top of all that, the staff told me in person a couple months ago, when I went in to challenge it and question the interpretation of my insurance card, they when the office first opened up, they had a known issue mischarging everyone under the wrong code for a while. They have known billing issues since they opened! I'm switching to a different doctor and not one affiliated with Valley at all."
"Very disappointing! Not going to name anyone by name because I've seen this medical professional for over a decade and they have shown care during that time. But to have needed a referral to see a specialist for something very serious I might add. Who only takes verbal Physician to Physician referrals. Then to be told you won't do it because you don't have time and they don't except faxes. This is a topped rank specialist who obviously cares and would like to speak with the referring physician. I'm sadden. I wouldn't need a specialist if they didn't find a reason for me to. Now there will be more time in between me being seen for my issue. I understand you dodesensitized me to call every referral but how many ask? When did caring enough to make sure people get the care they need become about time and a schedule. Now I'll start yhe process of finding a new Physician, get a new patient vict. Them start a referral process and then hopefully get a cosit. All the while my issue is not being addressed. It's not like they said I had a sprain, break, allergies etc. This is serious and you're aware and couldn't pick up a phone for your patient. Guess Telehealth desensitized us."
