"Kutztown location. My car would appreciate if you fixed the curb leading into your parking lot. The Change machine never works. Quarter slots on washers and dryers dont work. Machine that sells detergent doesn’t work and is from 1950. Maybe get credit card swiping capability? Maybe an employee to do wash and fold for those of us who don’t have alot of free time in the day. I like old fashioned homey places but this place seems like they have no pride in their business and are content with doing less than the bare minimum. Going here is painful."

"We have gone to Kutztown site for about 25 years. Today we went and the Kutztown location is closed. It closed on Dec. 22,2021. Need to change this listing. Says call. No mention of closing and move to Fleetwood."

"I think they're expensive. There's no AC it's miserable and hot in there. And there's not even a soda machine to get a drink I will never go back. I'll drive the extra few miles to go to the one I always go to."

"We come up here when doing large comforters, blankets and bedding. It's very clean with off street parking. The prices are good especially if you have wash in bulk or large items to wash. I've never seen it over crowded which is great and you never have trouble getting to a washer and dryer. It's 5 dollars for a big washer and a quarter for 5 minutes for the dryer. These machines wash and dry fast so I'm not stuck here for hours doing laundry. They have a change machines as well as a soda and soap, bleach and softeners machines too. I just wished there was either a radio or TV but understand why there isn't. You do have emergency contact numbers on the wall should you need assistance plus bathrooms too."
