Hagerstown VA Clinic

"Do not go here go to an urgent care or the Va hospital in Martinsburg just my opinion. The receptionist was unpleasant to say the least and the doctors are worthless. I just needed a general physical done and a signature on a piece of paper clearing me to take an PT test for a job and I was told by my doctors nurse that I’d have to make an appointment for next week and the paperwork won’t be done till late next week because the doctor only does paperwork once a week. So in short they are extremely lazy and don’t like to work and provide care."

"Dr. Martz, Mrs. Famer and nurse Holly are horrible people that talk behind their patients back making fun of their injuries and denying care because of their delusional beliefs. These three caused me harm, pain and denied me access to medical care I deserve. I had to go to the emergency room in Hagerstown 3 times because Mrs. Farmer would not allow me to have an urgent care appointment. The office of the inspector general just covers up their crimes and is just a neglectful as this so called clinic."

"My husband had a appointment for labs at 950am checked in and waited 1 hour. Checked with receptionist 3 times. Finally asked lab as they were calling other patients. Lab said we should have checked with receptionist. Poor service........"
