"Got great care from the staff. Had to wait 2 hours, though, for a re-check of my sutures—a 5 minute look. Oh well. I’m sure all the people before me were MUCH sicker than I was. I’m grateful for the doc and nurses. They were wonderful."

"I was told by the front desk at check-in that I had to add a credit card to be kept on file or else I would not get treated. Once back in the exam room, the doctor Dr. Ollivierre-Agard made her assessment and clearly ignored some of my symptoms that I was verbalizing to her. She just decided to prescribe no more than a cough syrup, and an inhaler. I’ve been in the healthcare field for almost 30 years and I know myself something was wrong. My Primary care doctor was able to see me the next day and diagnosed me with bronchitis, she gave me antibiotics and other medication to help me get better."

"Scheduled an appt at 4, wasn’t seen til after 5. Was given the one medication that I informed triage that I was allergic to. When I waited for it to be changed, it was changed to the medication I had just taken a couple weeks ago that didn’t work and the providers’ message to me was “come back to be re-evaluated if not better in 3 days or follow up with PCP” he wouldn’t switch the medicine to something different."

"Yesterday, November 5, 2023, was the first time that I went to urgent care for myself. I was nervous. Nervous of going alone. Nervous of contacting something while there. I was pleasantly surprised to find an online option to schedule an appointment, clean lobby with chairs neatly separated, and only one person ahead of me. Each contact from the desk, to checking my blood pressure, to seeing the nurse practitioner was outstanding! I was shocked to hear of the staffing issues that started their day because there was no lingering after effects of what was. Kudos to all for a job well done."

"Usually my experience here is a great one. But when I went to get checked out for a sinus infection and ear infection I was told I needed an appointment that they had only one provider. Walking in makes it so much easier when you’re not feeling well. I understand that there is a doctor shortage but when you don’t feel well that is not what you want to hear. I left in pain. The young lady at the desk was very sympathetic to my needs but could not do anything for me except to recommend another location. But I feel that if there is a shortage of doctors then going to another facility was not going to help. I hope this changes in the future because season is coming and residents need to have care as well."
