"I couldn't get the 20% off on line coupon to work,I spoke to the man working the register,he was less than useless, wasn't even close to being helpful. A young lady who was the manager was fantastic, took all of two minutes to correct the problem. She was fantastic,as for the cashier a quick course in customer relations would not hurt."

"This is my go-to Petsmart. Even when I am not in the area, I make the trip to this location. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. They are typically stocked with whatever I am looking for. The store is well maintained and clean. They offer grooming at this location as well. I will often do delivery if I am busy and I have yet to have any issues. They are a free standing Petsmart and there is plenty of parking."

"I own frogs and fish, I've rescued my pet frogs "Flip & Zoom from pools prior to being open or those that has sat for a very long time. Iv trusted PetSmart for over 2 years keeping my frogs happy with their live crickets, never had issues or problems."

"very wide selection of cat food!! most other pet stores in the area have over a dozen aisles of dog food, toys, collars etc and MAYBE 5 aisles of cat items, usually in the very back corner or scattered throughout the store. this location however is beautifully organized and carries many different brands and textures of cat food and treats. and the cashiers are always so polite and very helpful!!"

"We adopted a cat from Pittie Party Rescue who partners with this location and we came the night before to shop for our cat Erwin. My boyfriend went to the front to ask for help and Gabby a friendly and very knowledgeable girl helped us thru the store from everything from cat towers to litter boxes, to toys, and treats. She was patient, gave good advice and was responsible for bringing in an over $500 sale to this store. She made our experience so pleasant. Also everyone else said hello and was warm and friendly. We thank you Gabby for adding to our overall experience of adopting our new family member Erwin."
