"Alot of good bargains if take time to hunt. Found few fancy dress for wedding parties. Dressing room limited due to pandemic. If compared to other Ross it is limited so it a hit or miss deal!"

"The fitting rooms were still closed in the back of the store even though the pandemic is over. I didn't want to wait in the ridiculously long line to try on clothes in one of the two dressing rooms in the front of the store, so of course I had to return a couple clothing items that didn't fit once I tried them on at home. The cashiers were EXTREMELY unprofessional, blabbing on and on to each other (about negative experiences with other Ross customers) for the 15 minutes I was in line and the 5 minutes it took one of the girls to ring me up. I normally do not review my receipts after I shop at a store, but this time I did because the one girl rang up a dress twice that I bought the last time I shopped there. So I reviewed my receipt in the car and sure enough, she charged me twice for an item. I'm glad I saw it because I was able to immediately go back into the store and get refunded $10."

"It is what it is and what you can expect from them. Granted the three stars is just how i feel about ross in general since its normally super hard to understand the organization of some of the random shelves and scattered categories of items all requireing individual price tagging instead of shelf placement tags. Sure ya can save some money on some random things and ya get what ya pay for. The staff here is super friendly tho so i have 0 complaints on that at all since they very kind and apporchable."
