"The selection is ok. The store isn't very organized. The worst part is this store will only have one line open.... no matter how long the line is. I don't know the point of having so many unused registers. That's horrible customer service to me. If you want to spend a ridiculous amount of time in line..this is the place"

"I Love Burlington stores but this store had too many clothes racks in the aisles. The aisle was so tight, clothes touched my left and right shoulder. I had to leave the cart at the beginning of the aisle, to squeeze thru aisle And or I had to wait till someone came out, to go in. Please Don't over pack the store"

"The worst location I have ever dealt with. They make up their own rules on policies like everyone shopping there are thieves. Staff is disorganized, no one knows what they’re doing. They don’t even have a real hiring process, you get an email for a phone interview & wait for nothing. There isn’t much merchandise, save yourself the frustration and shop at a better location."

"They sold me a small carpet mat that was broken. I didn’t see it being broken until I opened it when I got home. I tried to exchange it for another one but the manager refused. This manager had a really bad attitude, too. I have shopped at Burlington for many years and this is the first time that I experienced such awful attitude and poor customer service. I will say that the customer service at the other Burlington stores customer service were much more professional and kind. Never come back….."
