"I absolutely love the Dr's, PA's, and other staff. They are kind and listen to you so you can come up with a treatment plan. I would have given 4 and 1/2 stars if I could. The only thing I really don't like is trying to get in the office doors from outside. There are no automatic open buttons to push to make the doors open for those of us using a walker or in a wheelchair. If they would just install this they would have a 5 star rating from me."
"I like Dr. Krepps. He is knowledgeable. But I have been advised to talk to a surgeon, for future options. I am not scrog enough to have surgery, and I need injections to keep me active and moving so I feel strong enough to plan surgery. I had a plan and months of lockdown before heart surgery changed it. I would like to have all surgical options explained to me- i need details."
"I love the Office Staff. I love the Nursing Staff & the Doctors/PA's. The treatment plan I'm on helps me live more than a few years back when I just was surviving. I was told I had to download an app called Perspectives In Care. I don't have memory on my phone & I said that. I was told I don't have a choice. Or I could have someone else download it that I trust with my health information. I don't share my health info period. This almost boarders discrimination on people on State Medicaid who can't afford good phone's with a ton of memory. I can fill out a printed paper just fine. This is the subject I have a major issue with. If this is a requirement for treatment then maybe the NSPC should provide the phone for those of us without memory on our own. Because of this I'm not sure how I feel about referring friends here because they have the same issues with phone memory. Everything was fine before this."
"Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors spend quality time with you and are genuinely concerned about your problems."
"The attention to detail Dr. Krepps takes and his staff is very refreshing in todays environment. I am thankful to have a caring health team helping aid me with my pain recovery journey."
