"The company that I used for the design and cabinets of my kitchen used Solid Tops for my counters and backsplash. Half of the backsplash was poorly done by unskilled installers. The communication from Annie, the owner, was very poor as from the beginning she got pictures and my comments about the issues with the stone, but I never got a call or e-mail from her. Thanks to the kitchen company and my persistence, she took care of it and the job was fixed. I am very pleased with the final result, but due to the unpleasant experience when it came to the service and treatment provided, I will not work with this company again."
