"The lead up to my appointment was professional and informative but I was unhappy with my actual service. My cleaner complained that I had a mouse problem and left quickly. I have been working with an exterminator and didn't think it was that extreme. I received a call immediately after my cleaner ran out from a manager that they couldn't work with me anymore. No other contact from them, they took a partial payment but still didn't feel they did a good job in the rooms they said were "done". I guess they only clean, clean houses. I've since switched exterminators but had to clean my house myself for my event. I sent an email stating my issue but no response, I've called also. I guess I've been shunned."

"The cleaners arrived on time. The people we bought the house from had a cleaner come in earlier in the week but it didn't live up to what we wanted. The Maid Pros professionalism and friendly personalities immediately eased our minds about our new home and said that they'd "take care of it".
