"Very rude to me. Unprofessional staff. The lady that answers the phone is a real B! I been there once before and the Dentist was wonderful! However the B that answers the phone must go. She made me feel like I was wasting her time. Never treat a person in pain that way. Wish I could give them no stars!"
"My Grandmother was at this facility many yrs ago and then my mother for rehabilitation, my mother recovered quicker than I had ever thought she would from a heart attack at this facility. My grandmother was at this facility and received the best care imagined. God Bless All who work at this facility. Thank you for all your kindness and awesome care."
"I am disappointed with the rehab. In two weeks it was determined that PT AND OT was unable to serve a client with COPD right out of the hospital because she couldn't breath enough for them to work with. The only suggestion from these so called "professionals" was to discharge her. Living in Wv has a lot of perks except serves for the handicapped. An update their medical staff failed to note how serious a condition an we made them call an ambulance at the hospital the doctors couldn't believe they had let her get in this condition. Another week in the hospital an when asked if we wanted another rehab we refused and we came home and between me and home services Barb has recovered and is becoming more and more independent. Home doesn't have to keep beds full for BUCKS, so the patient is the focus."
