"Went to Surplus Armé today 11/07/23 at 12 noon after calling yesterday to confirm I could do the business that I needed to do with them. To my suprise they were still closed two hours after their posted hours. I called the number and was told they would be opening up "around 12:30" so I waited until 1:15 and still no one was there. This is an extremely unprofessional way to do business and I would not recommend anyone to go here. Also from their google photos I can see that they egregiously overcharge for firearms (a smith & wesson shield for almost $600 LOL!)"

I made an appointment online for a consultation in advance, however when I began to ask questions about what I was interested in I was given unnecessary attitude. I purchased what I went for but haven’t been back. And will never go back."

"Purchased my SCAR 17s from the online website. Can’t thank Tom, the owner and operator, enough for my experience. I saw multiple reels on IG and very good reviews on google which made me decide to purchase from him. Someone mentioned that all of his reviews seemed bought and fake on google but I can verify that this is NOT TRUE. I reside in SC and he was able to ship my purchase out to me via an FFL dealer and everything went smooth. I definitely recommend purchasing from this shop! Thanks again Tom. -PS.- I know your staff stays busy but if the website had actual pictures of the firearms being sold with your logo in the background, instead of internet pictures of the firearm, this would do wonders in my opinion! "Got recommended through a good friend who does my tattoos and Surplus Arme TOOK CARE OF ME. Im a newcomer to the gun world and Keizy, Addi & Tom were on point with everything making sure i first and foremost have my license, asked me what type of gun i was looking for and after giving them insight on what i needed help with, i can honestly say im OVERLY satisfied. Keizy, Addi AND Tom taught me how to PROPERLY use a gun. Them together as a team is a tremendously outstanding because they all have their knowledge on guns that all falls into place as a whole and their credibility background just adds solid security to what you are being assured of. I learned how to properly load, unload, point, switch my safety on and off, knowledge on recoil, how to properly hold a gun with both hands, body stance and feeling what gun fits/work for me (purchased a smith & wesson, plan on purchasing the Sig P320 X-Compact 9mm when once i feel more comfortable with how to handle my current gun. Prices are reasonable. Im willing to spend m money on a good handgun. I plan on continuing ALL my training with these guys because they have won my trust. Im attending Addi’s training and range classes and im happy to be apart of the Surplus Arme family. No complaints on my end.. they are well rounded people, friendly but HONEST. please understand nobody not playing with anybody and these guns. I appreciate their help and ill def be back."
