"First, at initial call for info re their carpet cleaning business, Felistus (call operator) was very courteous and helpful. We made an appointment for an estimate, she arrive on that day on time and was very thorough and professional (she took carpet dimensions and pictures). She indicated she would send an estimate that day and I did receive it in the same day. Second, I found the pricing to be very reasonable and particularly was pleased cleaning was organic. Third, on the day carpet was to be cleaned, Felistus texted me to let me know that the carpet cleaner (Aaron) would soon be arriving. Aaron arrived on time and spent next 5 hours cleaning large basement carpet (with some mold and dog urine spots) and one sofa. I foulnd Aaron to be very friendly and professional, and very willing to explain each step in the cleaning process (each time I asked). When finished I was happy from his vacuum he showed me the obvious cleaning results. Lastly, with carpet and sofa clean and smelling good, I was happy to write him a check and we said our goodbyes!"
