"Horrible company. This company took over the clients from Seabee heating and airconditioning. I had just paid for a new service contract with Seabee heating and airconditioning. I can't get these people to come service my AC unit. They keep telling me that they don't have a 12' ladder then I had advised them I find it hard to believe they don't have a 12' ladder as a building services company, that's when they make me an appointment for 05/22/2019. They then call me the morning of the service trying to tell me the guy who has the ladder is out sick and they can't get the ladder out of his truck. Do they think I'm that stupid to think the ladder is inside the dudes truck? A 12' ladder would go on top of the truck. This company will take your money and will run with it and find every reason not to honor the contracts they were provided. I will be reporting this company to BBB and the States attorney General's office."
