"This place has an unbeatable tile selection! Customer service is A+ and all associates are top caliber as in it feels like tile is their specialty. Their pricing is on the higher side and this is for the selective buyer seeking higher quality and greater variety than what you might find at a big box store. I bought floor, wall and shower tiles for two bathroom remodels and the looks are super stunning! The only reason I knock off a star on this review is because there has got to be a way to service returns on special order materials. The store only offers returns on stock material and hasn't figured out a way to allow turns on other items it sells. This impacted me with respect to edge finishes. I didn't even know I was looking for edge finishes on my chosen tile, and both staffers I worked sold me on edging that turned out to be a waste of money as the contractor had better ideas and stronger recommendations. Because I bought the tile ahead of the remodel so as to have the tile on hand as soon as the contractor needed it, I was out $53.11 in one bathroom and $147.57 in the other to total $200.68 and I have edging I can't get rid of other than to throw it away. "The customer service and pricing cannot be beat in this area (and I know because I shopped all over before our bathroom remodel). They carry a huge selection at all price points and for design styles. The store has lots of creative design samples and they can quickly get samples try in home. The friendly team really knows it's stuff (particular praise for Anne, Laura and Ruben) and didn't add to the inevitable stress of a home renovation costing thousands of dollars with hundreds of decisions to make. I would recommend Atlas to everyone looking to do a quality tile project, and I will be returning often as we continue to improve our home."
