"How is it that this is the busiest time of the photo season and your stores can’t no properly stock popular photo items? Said my order would be ready in 1 hour however half of my order can not even be made because the management at my local store can not be bothered to properly stock popular photo items! Worst service ever!"

"We signed up online for a Covid booster shot - filled out all information - had the appointment confirmed - showed up on time...and then we were informed they had no booster shots available! Wasted time, wasted gas, and no booster protection. Not very professional."

"Not really a good store the hours online says 9PM and the hours on the door says 9PM and it's 8:41PM and my husband walks down there to get me something and the doors are locked and they say their closed like WHAT!!! The workers inside just close the store when they feel like it I will be reporting the store in the morning to the manager because their not fallowing the hours of the store correctly."

"Pharmacy was really slow, medication was not ready, I was told to wait 15min, then closed the gate while I was standing there waiting because it’s lunch time. If they would’ve told me to come back after lunch then that would’ve been better. I went back 2hrs later, I figured that would’ve given them enough time after lunch to get it ready. They still told me to wait 15min, I walked around, went back 20min later, was it ready? NOPE!!!"

"I usually have no problem using this facility. Their closing hours are posted on the door as 9pm M--F. I got there to pick up a script 10 minutes before closing time and they had already locked the doors. A seemingly new associate was having trouble unlocking the doors to even let the customers out and when the "manager" came to the door to assist, they both said "we're closed". Very poor business practices."
