"We were under a time crunch and they bent over backwards to accommodate. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional: person on the phone, person that came to give an estimate, and the cleaners. Cleaners were on time, personable, and wore their masks/social distanced. They got right to work. I headed out for breakfast and when I got back the place was spotless. "I used CleanHaus for the first time a few weeks ago. I was hesitant in hiring someone to clean one of my apartments since I always felt no one could do as good a job as me, and quite frankly, wouldn't care as much as me to get the place ready for a new potential tenant. Boy, was I wrong! From the start I was impressed as Amy Adams (the owner of CleanHaus) met me within hours of my request. We went over what was needed to be done and she assured me her team would do a great job as she took detailed notes for them. Scheduling the apointment was a breeze through their website, and on the day of the cleaning both Lillian and Molly arrived a few minutes early; they were both pleasant, professional, and polite. Although they knew what to do as they were given specific instructions from Amy, they also happily took additional instructions from me. Lillian and Molly worked well together, chatting as they were cleaning...and it was evident they both took pride in their work. After Lillian and Molly were done, I inspected the apartment and it was amazing! The apartment sparkled and I did not need to go over anything as I have in the past with other cleaning services. I would not hesitate to contact CleanHaus again!"
