"I am replacing the countertops in my kitchen and purchased the granite through Home Depot. The granite order is filled through MSI, who works closely with MR Stone (the fabricator). I was given clear instructions of when I can stop by MSI and easy directions to locate their warehouse in Jessup. When I walked in, I was greeted by Kirstie who guided me to sign in. I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes before she took me back to pick out the granite slabs I wanted. She was with me each step of the way, answering questions and taking notes as we went along. The level of organization and efficiency in this warehouse cannot be beat. The customer service I received was top notch. I highly recommend using MSI for your countertop needs."
