"Excellent company. My daughter was buying a home and two days before the closing, the owner discovered water in the corner of her garage. There were black spots on the wall in the corner and we thought it was mold. Called this company and they immediately came out to inspect the property. I had called several companies who would not even talk to me. I was on the phone with Alan I believe his name was and he let me explain the situation and talked to me for almost 25 minutes. He then came to the property within 20 minutes; thankfully he had a cancellation. He was very thorough and immediately told us it was not mold and recommended that there was no reason to postpone the closing. It was so wonderful to find someone that now makes me believe there are still great people in this crazy world we live in. Many thanks to Alan and this superb and trustworthy company. "On Christmas, our toilet pipe broke while we were not home and flooded our entire dining room/kitchen. It was a very long process waiting for a water mitigation company to contact us back. Though, Disaster Blaster was a very different experience and they got us booked immediately, which my husband and I appreciated very much! They were extremely professional and made sure everything was cleaned up and polished after their work day was finished. One of their contractors, Paul, went out of his way and even came on the weekend to boost the finishing process. He was very personable and super friendly.
