The day of the job it would have been nice to have been informed that they were running late, but I think things were beyond their control that day - so I appreciated that once they were on-site it was down to work and they stayed late to ensure that it was done well. Can't ask for more these days when having someone do work around your home than to be as professional as this team is. I'd highly recommend."
