"Horrible customer service. Was in the store for at least 15 to 20 minutes looking for a pair of sneakers. My husband and I were ignored from the time that we walked into the door until the time that we left. No hello, no offer to assist, not even a goodbye. That was our first time there and so we were unfamiliar with the store layout. When we went to the counter to get help, we were met with a bad attitude as if they did not want to be bothered. The sales person simply pointed to the wall without uttering one word while rolling her eyes. I have never gone into a sneaker store and received that kind of treatment. It was odd to say the least and we left feeling very uneasy. Needless to say, we will never come back to this location again!!!"
