"I called this store to have them check on a shoe for me. I was talking to a very nice guy. Out of nowhere this ignorant woman takes the phone from him and says " we are busy in the store and he needs ti help the customers in the store" and puts me on hold. Well idiot I would have been a customer in the store as well if I was able to find out if you had my size.... But your right I took my pocket full of money to Finish Line and gave them my business. Snipes needs to train their leadership better so they understand customers are just not standing in the damn store!"

"The reason why I’m giving three stars is because the Store Manager is Great. Her team on the other hand is interesting. I’ve been there three different occasions and it’s the same thing, the staff looks bother and not very helpful, they have horrible attitudes and I decided not to go there ever again. My first time there I spend over $800 and the kid there had a nasty attitude. Second time I’m school shopping and I had to hunt staff down for help. I returned the next day to buy my 16 year old some sneakers. This time my daughter told me she didn’t feel comfortable there. So we left and went to footlocker where immediately I was greeted at the door. My daughter keep expressing how much she like it there, I brought four sneakers from them and only came there for one pair. That’s how comforting it was to shop there big difference. Sad thing is snipes is right down the street from my house but three times is enough. If you don’t like your job find one that you like to do it’s not the customers fault."
