"My wife and I decided we should get our air ducts cleaned, since we have cats and hadn't done it since we moved in. Mike and another tech showed up to assess my system in order to provide a quote. Mike did the inspection and explained that they were very clean and it would be a waste of my money. He even showed me the vents so I could see it with my own eyes to properly assess it in the future, as well as pointed out a missing piece on a humidifier that my regular HVAC company never told me about. He showed me how to install it so I could buy the part and do it myself rather than paying 6-7x the cost of the part for labor. "Mike was fantastic! Our brand new dryer was having issues due to a blocked dryer vent. He was able to come on short notice to help us out. We had the dryer vent cleaned out a year ago, but it was not done properly. Mike was able to fully investigate and clean the vent properly as well as fix a few minor issues with the venting.
