"Members of my family have been using Chem-Dry for over 15 years. Most recently they cleaned my carpets, an area rug, as well as grout and tile. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome. Carpets and tile look new! Phil and Kevin go above what is expected to make the customer happy. Further they took precautions to protect our hardwood floors and furniture. "Pushed the rear cushions up to slide seat cushions under and saw this. Food, hair, a bottle cap, a spoon, etc. They offered to come back but someone is moving in tomorrow and it was easier for me to vacuum this stuff out. Very disappointed in the money I spent for this."

"They do fantastic work! Very professional, accommodating, and friendly. They really take their time and do it right. Plus the treatment is dry in an hour. My microfiber couch usually takes 1-2 days to dry and it was dry within in hour. With two young children we need to get in that living room quick! I highly recommend Chem-Dry."
