"Been a long term customer thanks to economical prices, quality of work, and expeditious turnaround time. If there is a question or concern that I have, they address it completely and satisfactorily. I have had all my dry cleaning and alterations done there and have been quite pleased with no reason to go elsewhere. Clearly Lee and Wayne were a very difficult act to follow, and although I miss them both, I have been satisfied with the transition. Comforters and wedding dress restoration are a specialty at prices that cannot be matched. It is a tough business and I enjoy the overall experience and results I have seen to date."

"10/11/2023 update. Claimed to be under new management so I tried this dry cleaner again and still problems, this time blatantly lying right to my face. I purchased 5 new shirts and took them to be cleaned and pressed, when I was dropping the shirts off I noticed one of the employees taking the collar stay downs out so I figured they took them out to clean them and would put them back in. I picked up the shirts on Friday and went to wear one today (Tuesday). I noticed the collar wasn't laying down so I looked and the shirt was missing the left stay down. I looked at the 4 other shirts as well and they were all missing the stay down on the left side. I took the shirts back to them and they claimed the machine took them out. Funny how the machine managed to remove only the left for each shirt. When I told the man I watched him take them out when I dropped them off he called the manager to come talk to me and he bumbled around with the shirt and had no answers for me. Needless to say I will never use this business again. After Lee sold the company this place just keeps changing hands and declining with each owner. Where do I begin…..I had been using contemporary cleaners for years. Lee the previous owner was fantastic and I took everything from drapes and clothes to be tailored to dry cleaning my work clothes. Unfortunately it was taking over by new management and the new owners are horrendous!!!! I took in a shirt and pant on Monday to be dry cleaned for a funeral I had on Thursday. I asked the staff if they could have this back to me Wednesday and said no problem. Wednesday morning I go in to pick up my clothes and they are not done, said they would be done by the end of the day so my wife went before they closed to pick up. Now someone else was at the counter and the man told me wife they didn’t even start them. Dumbfounded that now they weren’t even started she asked if they would be ready in the morning and he said Thursday night but couldn’t say for sure. So Thursday morning I go back at 9am and my shirt is done and now my pants are missing and can’t find them anywhere! Now the funeral I have is at 10:30 so the staff member says I can’t find them anywhere and calls the manager. The manager ask to talk to me and says oh they are around I am in my way to the store now and will have them to you before the funeral. Funeral came and went with no communication, I finally received a text message that my clothes are ready at 3pm. Turns out they have a habit of losing peoples clothes and did it to two of my neighbors as well. Save your time, and money (they raised prices triple what they were) and take your belongings somewhere else. This place is a joke!"
