"Went in to get some material, asked the sales rep to cut the trim in half for transportation, he claimed he couldn’t do that although I’ve had them do it many times before. He then proceeded to become extremely aggressive and threatening towards me claiming that I was calling him a liar. Have never been treated so poorly by a salesperson in my life and am still blown away by this experience. Have done business with 84 lumber for many years but after today’s encounter we will be taking our business elsewhere indefinitely and will also be informing every other contractor I know and do business with of this experience."
