"OE Custom are true craftsman and the work is fantastic. We are in love with the Black Walnut island countertop we had the team build and all of the unique aspects of the wood that are visible. If you are thinking about going with a cheaper online or "big box" store option for your butcher block countertops, DON'T DO IT! Throughout the design and sales process, Paul was great, helpful and informative with no pressure. It does help to go to the shop to see the various types of wood, finish, etc. They had some amazing live-edge samples, but we were going for something more standard. During our project there was a dimension mix up that was a fault of our cabinet contractor. Paul helped us to work through our options and the team was able to fix the already manufactured countertop as if it had never happened. I cannot overstate the quality of the work and the degree to which they stand by their product. This countertop is the centerpiece of our kitchen. We love it and use it everyday!
