"I do not recommend anyone use this company. They are not truly knowledgeable on the floors they are selling and most certainly not knowledgeable on the different wood species. I requested and paid for My floors to be sanded and refinished to match a grayish brown white oak. The finished product was completely different than what I requested. Upstairs is orange, red, yellow, and brown while the steps are yellow. I brought it to thier attention, specifically Cameron and he was rude and condescending...very Unprofessional and if course took no responsibility.. so my experience with the flooring center was terrible and I dont recommend them."
