"The Terminix employee was on time and walked us through what he was going to do. Before he left he said he would be back in two weeks it's being approx. 3 months and still have not heard from anyone to set up a appointment for a follow-up. The first I have heard from Terminix is today to ask me to leave a review. So no I wpuld not recommend them for recurring visits."
"Over the years of consistent service, there has been great improvements in the peace of mind from no more pest problems in or near my home even though my home is in a wooded area. I haven't compared prices because I prefer to prevent rather than treat the problems. Ongoing service works great. I know because when I didn't have it, things were different and I had to deal with it myself. It never got horrible but I didn't want to deal with it anymore."

"So I called a couple of days ago because I wanted to ask if they had an earlier time slot than what I saw was available online. The woman I spoke with told me she could fit me in today between 8-10 so I rearranged my entire day for a carpenter ant issue. Well 10 came and went and nothing. I called to find out where they were and I was told that the appointment was not approved because they had no available techs. Don't you think a simple phone call to let me know would've been the right thing to do?!?! Zero stars if I could!!!"
