"Carol is amazing. She’s very detailed and ensures the pets/family member she supplies goes to a good home. Always ensures you have the proper necessities you need to provide for all pets. She has followed up with me showing me how to feed and maintain my babies through videos and helping me through it because sometimes I’m an over thinker. She and the staff there have hearts of gold. My son and I love to visit and always walk out with something or my son being so excited about a new reptile he wants. Sometimes she even helps you decide what’s right for you and your families needs. One time I wanted a monitor and was educated the amount of time, energy and patience I would need to invest in this species. Nevertheless I’m sticking to my ball pythons. Love our babies. Lionheart, Bella, Snow White (which happens to be a boy, lol) tiger and now a new member which just purchased and awaiting my son to give me a name. She’s amazing and makes everyone family. I would have bought from here but google snubs searches. Gave helpful info that would have been beneficial from start than trying to sell more items like petco."
