"This service center was awesome. Brought my 12” fuel miter in for service bc it was acting weird. It was still under warranty. They replaced whatever components needed to be replaced and I have my saw back in 3 days. They said it would take a week or so - I was pleasantly surprised!"

"My experience with this Milwaukee Service Center was great. I had an M18 12.0 Battery that was not operating at capacity. I fell off the form, drop the battery off and left. I received an email following day telling me a package was in route to my house. A day or two later or brand new battery arrived at my doorstep! You were great to work with and resolved my issue faster & better than anticipated."

"I recently visited the Beltsville Service Center for service and was VERY IMPRESSED with both the show room and the quality of service I received from my representative, Kovan. He was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on my way within 30 minutes of arrival, which I was really happy about, as my expectation was to have to make a return visit. The showroom is a tool guy's dream. They have many tools on the store's walls and all are well-organized and neatly displayed. I could have spent half a day there, just gawking at all that Milwaukee goodness. Well done Milwaukee and thanks for great service Kovan!"
