Zaremba's Cleaning

"Two men and one women were supposed to do a deep clean for my elderly in-laws. They were due to arrive at 9:00 but didn’t show up until 10:30. They did not move furniture, didn’t bring a ladder and when my father in law requested they clean the fireplace, they said it would an additional $200!! All in all they finished “cleaning” in 2 hours for the whopping sum of $1,200.00!!!! This is so disappointing that someone would rip off this wonderful couple in their 90’s!"

"I used Zaremba’s for 25+ years for carpet cleaning and was always satisfied. They used a hot water extraction process which extracted the dirt and cleaned the carpets thoroughly. In recent years they changed to an encapsulated process which involves spraying the carpets with a chemical and using a rotating machine with white cloths on the carpets. Two weeks ago they came to my home and used this method. I was told after the carpets dried that my vacuum cleaner would pick up the dirt from the encapsulation of these chemicals. The only thing it did was rub the dirt deeper into the carpets! My carpets look no different and a few days ago I used $100 Bissell carpet shampooer on a 12” x 12” area to clean up after an accident. The water extracted was filthy! I contacted Zaremba’s and explained my dissatisfaction. Their reply to me was that was 17 days since my carpets were cleaned (it was 14 days) and if I had called sooner they would have done the rugs again (no thanks!). I was offered no refund or rebate and was told that maybe I should have someone else clean my carpets and they commented that I probably wouldn’t be happy with them either."

"Hire this business!!! Its a father and son team, been doing cleaning for 20 years. I had wall to wall carpet and an Oriental rug cleaned. Now these are oldwr carpets and were very dirty. We are moving into a new home and I hires Zarembas. Well let me tell you in the summer I had a large chain cleaner do carpet in my apartment ..nowhere near as clean as Zarebas did! Plus these gentlemen are curtious and polite and respectful. I paid very little for outstanding results!!! Zarembas cleaning is the best! I will not hesitate to call on them again. Yvonne Zukosky"

Kevin and his father came out to our home and spent over 6 hours thoroughly cleaning every single vent and return for our heating/cooling system, the furnace, and our clothes dryer venting system.
