"My boyfriend and I ordered cabinets for our new kitchen. The design team was great, and they were very helpful and helped us come up with a design that would work best for our kitchen. After that, it was a NIGHTMARE. We specially asked for cabinets in stock, but after we ordered them. We were told that it would take up to 8weeks for delivery. When they arrived, the design person who had helped us, ordered the wrong design. So we didn’t get the right cabinets. And on top of that multiple door and frames in the cabinets were damaged. We contacted them. And they couldn’t help us since the rep that initially helped us was not there. It took weeks for her to get back to us, and with very little information or remorse for making us wait weeks to get our correct cabinets. Now, we are getting our countertops from them and they agreed to give us a discount due to the extreme lack of communication and neglectful treatment we had with our cabinets. They gave us a discount of $110, which is an absolute joke. The materials from this place are great. But the customer service is beyond pathetic. If you are going to use their services, think twice. It is not worth the frustration and heartache that they put and are putting us through. UPDATE: At least this place can say they are consistent! We had our countertops installed about a month ago. Last week, we noticed a crack on our granite countertops. We contacted the company letting then of the crack. They asked for photos, we sent them and now it’s radio silent. Like I said before, costumer service is worse than trash. Don’t waste your time with this company."
