"Dan was recommended by a couple of friends of mine. I called him on a Saturday and we set up an appointment for a quote on Monday evening. He said he would call me between 5-8 pm. 730 came and no call. So I called him and he completely forgot. So we set up another time for Tuesday for the same time range and he said he will call me when he is in his way. I called him around 630 to get a time frame. 3 rings and went to voicemail. Dan never called me back nor showed up. He not only lost my business, but 2 other people in town also. Bad business, Dan!"
