"I bought a month contract and at first it did a nice job but now it's doing a lousy job. I have scratches all over side of my new truck. When I complained they tried to say the swirling scratches were from dealer buffing the truck before i picked it up and the chemicals they use makes it more pronounced. REALLY! I'm not that stupid. They weren't swirling scratches They went the length of the truck. Plus I leave and the truck is still dirty around the door knobs, bumpers, wheels and the list goes on. End up going home and washing it again. Would give them a one star only because the vacuum is the only awesome thing there."

"New, and doing amazing. Extra friendly staff are incredibly helpful. The wash itself is excellent; my car is cleaner, with an awesome clearcoat protection. I subscribe to the unlimited wash and have tried my best to annoy the staff by going through at odd times: rain, freezing temps, blowing snow, and 5 mins till close. They remain professional, and friendly regardless of my dumb wash times. Vacuums are the strongest I have ever used, and plenty of them. Towels and cleaner are available for free. Awesome place."

"This car wash completely scratched my car, ripped the paint off my hubcaps, and the only excuse their using to not fix it is its older than 10 years! My car has 65,000 miles on it. I am a single mom, hard working, this is beyond messed up. I have went out their several times they tell me to get 3 quotes to fix it and then still hear nothing!! It even peeled little paint specs off all around my car... Like please someone needs to help me!! It will only let you pick one star so I had too. Please Help. ****Update: They said they won't fix my car......let me get this straight you guys gave me a FREE WASH because my unlimited didn't start until the next day, and YOU WONT FIX MY CAR!! Let alone I've tried to get my money back several times for the unlimited. Even the workers their that might watched the video and you clearly see my car when it went in and when it came out!! I am going to have to get someone bigger to help me then cause this is straight B.S. You guys gave me the wash it wasn't under contract that's the funny part so what about that?? You know it's sad when a car wash can't even fix a mistake they made and can clearly see!!"
