"Do not call or contact them for a residential job. I requested a quote for the entire exterior of a home. They came right away to take measurements. I waited... after no communication for 2 weeks, I called the guy who measured. He gave no reason or any time frame to expect the quote. Called after 3 weeks, same response. Called after 4 weeks... left a message - no callback. Called after 5 weeks... left a message no callback. Emailed the website. Got a reply, and explained that all I needed was a quote. No reply by email. Called after 6 weeks, left a message... no callback... no more email replies. My projects have been held up for SIX WEEKS with no communication from Quality Stone Veneer. My other bid was over $30,000. That sounds to me like a job that a business might want. These people don't want my business, never told me that they don't want my business, and held up my progress TWO MONTHS with no communication after taking measurements. If I could rate them zero stars I would. I can't comment on the quality of their work, because all they did force me to wait 6 weeks for nothing."

"Worse place to work. The sales representatives are ignorant and racist. They treat the Latino workers bad. Latinos don’t spend your money there."

"I had this Quality Stone Veneer do stone work on the front of 2 of my houses. I absolutely love the stone and the work on my first house. The second house that was done 3 years ago the work was not the same. The mortar cracked on half of the work after one year. We went to the office in Refton and complained. The manager said it was bad mortor which they do not use anymore. But he didn’t care about the problem. This project cost approximately $9,OOO. He said someone would come out to look at the problem but NO ONE EVER CAME OUT TO CHECK THE PROBLEM WITH THE MORTOR. I HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!! Also the stone color was not the same as shown in the shop, which can happen with any company!!(maybe)"

"Quality Stone would probably benefit from an old fashioned lawsuit and or BBB complaint. How hard is it to respond to customers? How hard is it to provide the services you say you will provide? How hard is it to provide accurate timeframes for response and / or completion of a project? For this company it is REALLY hard even for the most basic of things. Don't do business with Quality Stone. They will NOT stand by their product although they will speak as if they will, and NOTHING will get done."

"Very poor experience with this firm. Stone was falling from their first chimney installation so we had them back years later for a repair/replacement. Stone takes 6 weeks to produce & then sits in your driveway another 8 weeks. Many promises broken with many delays. Issues with subs and safety concerns too. Passed around with a lot of people and really no one is home. Ask for a 10% discount due to issues but they would not hear of it. Would not use these guys again with other suppliers in the area. Very disappointed and you will be too."
