"My experience with this company is really awful. They delayed the beginning of the job, did not store the hardwood at room temperature for 72 hours, did not lay a water barrier and as a result, all of the hardwood floor became cupped (warped) during the summer. The company does not return phone calls and does not want to honor their warranty obligations (12 months). Stay away from this company."
