"Honesty and transparency are important. If you plan on a calm relaxing experience do not come here. They play loud radio in every room with ads and rock music. Not even a Spotify playlist or something relaxing. They refuse to turn it off or even change it to something less abrasive. Patient confidentiality. Probably why people have to go back all the time since they can never actually allow their muscles to relax due to the aggressive noise."
