"Saw a pair of shoes, but wasn't sure if I wanted them. To my dismay they weren't available on the SM website. I called the store to see if a phone order could be done, and Gabrielle went above and beyond to make sure I could order the shoe without being present in the store. She even sent pictures to my phone to make sure that was the shoe I wanted, and to see if I wanted another item for the BOGO sale. Will definitely be shopping there again when I'm in the area!"
