"The tile we picked is beautiful. However, due to current conditions with supply chain and builders overwhelmed we just finished our bathroom. Beware!! You have to return your unused tile in 90 days! Nothing else offered. If your project gets stalled, return tile and rebuy it. We have 4-5 boxes, unopened. Or buy at home depot."

Not what I wanted to do that day but it was easy, staff was friendly and educational and we left much happier and knowing what we needed to tell our contractor regarding our tile combination choices. Maybe that is true, but they really spend time working with you to let you see all of the materials, they have an AMAZING return policy so you don't have to worry about waste, and in my experience they are extremely friendly and professional.
