It was messy, the stock was low on the shelves and the prices were incredibly high. It was clear they were going out of business or were having trouble. it appears that Bill’s is under new management, and when I walked in today, it was a noticeable difference in the store. The shelves were well stocked. The products were displayed nicely in the store was clean and in much better condition than I saw it previously. Matt was very helpful and I was able to find what I needed. Since it is our neighborhood hardware store, the prices were a bit higher, but I’m certainly willing to support a local store."
